TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRAVEL

The following terms and conditions apply to participants in Axis Mundi ELITE TRAVELER JOURNEYS.

Deposit, cancellation/refunds
- $300 upon signing
(non-refundable - except for documented health reasons)
- Balance due 30 days prior to departure
(refundable only due to 'acts of God' or documented health reasons)
- Refunds for incomplete travel caused by acts of God, insurrection, strikes

Lodgings
- These are selected from the BtF Network (see)

Meals (8days /7 nights or 10 days /11 nights)
- all breakfasts, all dinners (excluding last day)
- lunches provided as off-site picnics on selected days
Note: Specific food requirements should be made known to specific establishments serving meals.

Tips
- at the participant's discretion (not normally accepted in restaurants but appreciated)

Additional charges
- for additional purchases (wine, other)
- for optional services [Ex: helicopter rides, horse riding, special equipment rental or purchases]

Insurance
Travelers should be independently covered for all eventualities (example: Lonely Planet coverage for trip duration)
