Danube River Delta - Romania
The Danube Delta can be reached on very good roads by car in 1-2 hrs from Constanta (south) to Tulcea where river boats can be hired or tours arranged. There are varied other points of interest reachable cy car or boat. Annually about 80 Danube River cruise reach Tulcea from Vienna (Austria) or Budapest (Hungary) and others from Turkey, the Ukraine or Georgia.
